Symptom narrative

Presented to health clinic with severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, hunched over when sitting. Admitting Physician immediately moved patient to ER area and called EMS for evacuation. Heart sensors attached, confirmed cardiac distress. Dr. concurred that this could be early warning of a heart attack; was aware of family CHD history and that the patient was required to get the vaccine regardless.

Lab data

Patient was administered nitroglycerin and evacuated by ambulance to Hospital Center and scanned for heart conditions and blood clots. Blood test for lung blood clots returned positive, but none visible on CT at that time. Patient released with referral to secondary Cardio & Pulmonary specialists.
