Symptom narrative

Patient developed an extremely high, persistent fever for 5 days post vaccine. Fevers were rectally taken ranging anywhere from 101 degrees to 105 degrees. Due to the high fever, patient refused to eat, became lethargic, and was inconsolable. Patient has not been acting normal since the vaccines. Took the patient back to the same network of hospitals for testing of various illnesses on April 10, 2026, and all were negative (Covid, flu, strep, and RSV). Fevers peaked on April 9th, 2026, at 105 degrees.
