Symptom narrative

Patient returned to Pharmacy on 4/13/26 stating she has swelling, irritation, and some pain at injection site that began on either 4/9/26 or 4/10/26. Stated she took diphenhydramine the evening of 4/10/26. Patient presented on 4/13/26 with slight discoloration at the injection site, but overall improvement in symptoms.
