Symptom narrative

Patient developed a rash after receiving menquadfi (meningitis) vaccine on Thursday (04/11/2026). The rash began the day after vaccination and is described as intensely pruritic, interfering with sleep. Patient reports the rash appears to be spreading. Initially affected areas did not have rash this morning but developed later. Rash presents as random spots on back, abdomen, and inner thigh areas.
