Symptom narrative

She started feeling weak and cold that night (4/9). Next morning she could hardly get out of bed. Aching all over whole body, could barely walk, sore/fatigued. She said even her skin hurt, and her eyes. She had chills all day, no fever. Shehad a headache for 2 days, and shortness of breath for half a day. and some heart palpatations. She said her joints hurt as well. Today, (4/13) she came by pharmacy to tell ne about it, and said she was still a little tired feeling but mostly all the way better from it.
