Symptom narrative

Inadvertently administered MMR-V not MMR, resulting in double doses of varicella vaccine. I notified mom of accidental administration 2 days after MMR-V was given. She reported that child was doing well after vaccines, other than slightly fever that is being managed with Tylenol. Educated mom if fever status changes or is no longer manageable with Tylenol to seek medical treatment. She voiced understanding of instruction.
