Reported Symptoms: 10011375:CREATININE SERUM INCREASED; 10054112: HOSPITALISATION; Narrative: 58 year old male admitted with acute kidney injury. It was deemed pre-renal as it improved after 3 liters of IV fluids. No concern for nephrolithiasis. Renal ultrasound was normal. No abdominal pain. No evidence of acute tubular necrosis. Thought possibly due to getting 4 vaccines at once or from acute interstitial nephritis from doxycycline course in Jan. 2026. Other Relevant HX: Other: hospitalization.
