Symptom narrative

Upon administration, child had a prolonged, abnormally emotional response followed shortly thereafter by extreme fatigue and lethargy, resulting in 12-14 hours of sleep with little disturbance by diaper changes and little interest in waking up to eat. Within 24-hours, the child went from a happy, active, babbling, typical 12-month-old, to mute, expressionless, and lethargic, exhibiting an inability to make or maintain eye-contact or interest in activities. He had a vocabulary of roughly 10 words (i.e. mama, dada, sissy, baba, up, hi, hey, bye. etc.) prior to administration of the vaccinations. Immediately thereafter, we noticed a total vocabulary regression and now, at age 4 years and 9 months, he consistently says around 3 words and typically communicates with an AAC device. He is sensory seeking and self-stimulating and exhibits repetitive behaviors to the point that it disrupts his daily activities. He suffers from severe intellectual disabilities and requires significant assistance with all aspects of his daily life and activities.
