Symptom narrative

04/09/2026 Started having chest pain, ?shooting pain lungs radiating to back felt like coming from my bones? Achy, chills, headache continues ?vertigo headache? ?head was moving faster than my brain for 3 days?, fever, general weakness, extreme sleepiness while having symptoms. 04/12/2026 red on face and 04/13/2026 neck speckles on entire body progressively started worse. Slightly itchy denies any trouble breathing. Mild headache She did not take temperature but felt weak and cold, woke up sweating, night fever broke 04/11/2026. Denies fever since then. Patient took Zyrtec on 4/12/2026 and 4/13/2026 did not help with symptoms.
