Event started around 1347 on 13APR2026. Patient reported having a history of vasovagal syncope but stated he hasn't had one in awhile. Patient had no reaction to the two administered on his left arm (JEV & Typhoid), but after receiving his third vaccine in his right arm (Yellow fever), patient was pale, clammy and requested to lie down. As patient was repositioning himself to lay down, he lost consciousness, loss control of his bladder, and proceeded to convulse for 30-45 seconds. Vitals were normal and taken every 5 minutes. Vitals recorded were; Blood pressure: 114/74, Pulse: 79, Temperature: 98.2. Patient gained consciousness about 10 minutes after the initial episode, was back to looking normal and EMS arrived, stated he needed to be transported to the Emergency room.
