Symptom narrative

Vaccine was administered by the LPN too high in the arm (hit bursa and/or tendon causing profound bursitis and/or tendonitis, causing excruciating pain immediately upon administration, lasting for 96-120 hours and unable to move arm. After 120 hours, it has lessened to severe pain, and hopefully, now 3 weeks out, is getting better. Also, within 2-3 hours, I developed a fever, nausea, severe chills and sweats, and was unable to sleep for ~36 hours due to pain and severe flu-like symptoms. I also developed abdominal pain in my right upper quadrant, I was seen at hospital ER on 03/31/2026, and was diagnosed with high bilirubin and enlarged liver. ER diagnosed all symptoms as a severe reaction to the Shingrix vaccine with the shoulder and arm pain due to the vaccine administered incorrectly and too high up the arm.
