Symptom narrative

Patient developed "covid arm". She received both vaccines in the same arm. The patient reported this and showed the rash to her doctor at the time. Per the patient, the doctor told her the rash would get better. The rash did get better with time, however, today (4/13/26) the patient reported to the pharmacy and showed me her arm. The arm still had a large red spot on it and the patient reported that it never completely went away.
