Patient fainted after the injection administration, remaining sited while assisted her to the floor. Code blue was called around 2:50 pm. CNN assisted the patient, apple juice and a croaker were provider. Blood sugar of 114 at 3:01 pm and BP of 137/77 at 2:54 pm were check during the incident per provider order. Patient was observed for about 10 minutes and ambulated by her self out of the clinic.
