Menveo(1-vial), Bexsero Vaccines administered after a temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 17-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number T7X22, expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number X2TC2, expiry date 31-OCT-2028) for prophylaxis. On 04-APR-2026, the patient received Menveo and Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo and Bexsero, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Menveo(1-vial), Bexsero Vaccines administered after a temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-APR-2026 The nurse reported that Bexsero and Menveo(1-vial) vaccines was administered to a patient on 04-Apr-2026 after a below temperature excursion of minus 1.71C for 2hours 30minutes which occurred on 04-Apr-2026. The registered nurse also reported the temperature excursion on 06-Apr-2026 stated no patient involvement, the registered nurse called back to report the administration of Bexsero and Menveo(1-vial) vaccines after the temperature excursion.
