Symptom narrative

Arm was sore and red by the time she got home the same day after taking the vaccine. She couldn't raise her left arm, and her balance was off and was wobbly on standing. She took Tylenol to see if it would help and then she went to urgent care. The doctor monitored her and released her from urgent care. He informed her to follow up with a primary care physician if she still bad. Her arm is currently better, but she still feels wobbly.
