patient received one dose of Shingrix in 2021; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2021). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix.
