Symptom narrative

received two doses of Shingrix three years apart; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 60-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 23E4B, expiry date 05-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 18-FEB-2022). On 01-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 01-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: received two doses of Shingrix three years apart). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 08-APR-2026 The pharmacist reported that a patient received two doses of Shingrix three years apart.
