Symptom narrative

Within 8 hrs vaccine administration he developed weakness, shaking chills & sweats. He also had a headache. Slept. Took Tylenol - Gatorade; despite sleep he says weakness & headache & shivering were persistent. He missed 2 days of school resting at home. No ED visit. No PCP call. I did telehealth visit the following day.
