Day 10 post vaccine, patient woke up at night groaning and moaning. Was disoriented and making bizzare statements (having a heart attack, seeing a tail on the ceiling). Appeared flushed and warm. Was twitching and had coarse and fine tremors of hands. Vomited the next morning. Then seemed fine all that day except for seeming more lethargic. Seen in our office and noted to have a temp of 100.4 without anti-pyretics within the last 24 hours.
No recent illnesses
Chronic slow-transit constipation
Peds Multivitamin daily
No known allergies
No labs done. No imaging or other tests. Physical exam was normal in office.
