Injection site pain

Symptom narrative

Pt received 2nd dose of Men B (Bexsero) vaccine on 3/24/2026. Per pt, next day she reports feeling an increase in pain at her injection site (L Deltoid). Pt did not report this finding to [withheld] Health Services where she received the vaccine until this date, 4/14/26 but did report to Team Physician, Dr. Pt was started on steroid dose pack with minimal improvement of pain (approximately 15% improvement). After completion of steroid dose pack, Pt was prescribed Meloxicam but is not having much improvement with pain. Pt is due to follow-up with team physician in 1 week. Only symptoms Pt reports is pain at injection site.
