pt started w/ redness and swelling evening of 3/31 w/ malaise, fever to 100.8. Redness expanded down to the elbow and up the arm over ensuing days; she felt unwell the next day. She was evaluated over the weekend and prescribed a 5-day course of an oral antibiotic and a topical steroid (betamethasone cream), which she completed; arm redness improved by the second day of antibiotics but a residual shadow persists. Subsequently developed facial symptoms: right greater than left upper cheek pain with numb/tingling sensations, periorbital discomfort, and a sensation of a film/grit when closing eyes; right eye pain is worse than left. She notes itching of chest, neck, and face during the reaction. She had a fever to 100.8°F the day after vaccination; denies dyspnea, swallowing difficulty, diplopia, or dizziness
