REACTION OCCURRED ON 04/09/26 AT NIGHTTIME. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS WERE BODYACHE, CHLLS, FEVER 38.0, PAIN IN ARM AND NAUSEA FOR 2 DAYS. PATIENT SELF-ADMINISTERED FEVER REDUCING/PAIN MEDICATION AT HOME. PATIENT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
