There was no adverse reaction regarding administration of Infanrix DTAP vaccination to the patient (child). The reporting of this even is due to the incorrect DTAP type was given to the patient at time of administration. Patient was monitored for 15 minutes after administration of vaccination. Patient's Mother, was notified of vaccination that was given to child(patient) on this day.
