Per pt report: severe osteoporosis, arthritis, upcoming hip replacement, upcoming hysterectomy

high blood pressure: per pt report this started after getting a covid vaccine

Other medications

amlodipine, tylenol, mucinex, was taking cetirizine but stopped recently due to headaches

Pt cannot remember all her drug allergies but reports Percodan, morphine, codeine, "many others"
