Symptom narrative

Patient received the Vimkunya vaccine and then the Yellow fever right after. Almost immediately after the yellow fever vaccine, the patient started slipping out of chair, her pupils dilated but her eyes did not close, and was slightly convulsing. This lasted for aobut 5 seconds before she seemed to become aware again. She was shaking and was saying she felt like she was going to pass out. Her feet were elevated and she was given pedialyte and water while her blood pressure was taken. Her blood pressure was slightly low and pulse was normal. Her blood pressure was almost normal after the second reading. No medications were administered and patient was feeling better within 10 minutes.
