Post-vaccination given 4/6/26, the patient developed a small lesion on his leg, which progressively enlarged by Friday 4/10/26. By Sunday, the entire leg exhibited swelling and erythema. The affected area has been pruritic and painful, although the patient's mobility remains unaffected; he is able to ambulate, run, and climb without difficulty. There is no reported fever, additional rashes, lesions, or swelling. The erythema has improved since Sunday and now appears purplish.
