every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects; a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours; This spontaneous case was reported by a physician and describes the occurrence of IMMUNISATION REACTION (every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects) and PAIN (a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours) in a 7-decade-old female patient who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included Autoimmune disorder. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced IMMUNISATION REACTION (every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects) and PAIN (a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours). At the time of the report, IMMUNISATION REACTION (every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects) outcome was unknown and PAIN (a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours) had resolved. For SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Unknown), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. It was unknown if there were any vaccines within the past 4 weeks prior to receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. No concomitant medication was reported. The patient had every dose with Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. The patient had first dose on 31-Mar-2021, second dose on 27-Apr-2021, third dose on 24-OCT-2021, fourth dose on 15-Jun-2022, fifth dose on 07-Oct-2022, sixth dose on 10-Aug-2023, seventh dose on 10-Apr-2024 and eighth dose on 17-Apr-2025. Reporter also confirmed that every time the patient had the said vaccine, she would have side effects. The reporter reiterated that the side effects experienced by the patient were normal. Patient was happy that she had a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours but nothing like getting COVID. It was nothing like getting COVID. The reporter knew so many people and family and friends who have had it and had no vaccine and were not alive or her cousin. They did not have a vaccine and had long-term COVID for 5 years. The reporter asked about the difference between mNEXSPIKE and Spikevax about recommendations for administration, which one was the current formulation, when the new formula would be out, and their intention to order the vaccines. She also asked for the temperatures intended for storage for both the refrigerator and the freezer, as well as the minimum orders to be done.
