Every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects; Malaise; Body aches/Just a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours; This spontaneous case was reported by a physician and describes the occurrence of IMMUNISATION REACTION (Every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects), MALAISE (Malaise) and PAIN (Body aches/Just a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours) in an adult female patient who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included Lupus syndrome (Lupus). On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced IMMUNISATION REACTION (Every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects), MALAISE (Malaise) and PAIN (Body aches/Just a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours). At the time of the report, IMMUNISATION REACTION (Every time the patient had the said vaccine, the patient would have side effects) outcome was unknown and MALAISE (Malaise) and PAIN (Body aches/Just a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours) had resolved. For SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Unknown), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. It was unknown if there were any vaccines received within the past 4 weeks prior to receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. No concomitant medication was reported. The patient had a total of 9 dose and every dose with Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Dose details were provided as first dose on 31-Mar-2021, second dose on 27-Apr-2021, third dose on 24-OCT-2021, fourth dose on 15-Jun-2022, fifth dose on 07-Oct-2022, sixth dose on 10-Aug-2023, seventh dose on 10-Apr-2024 and eighth dose on 17-Apr-2025. Reporter also confirmed that every time the patient had the said vaccine, she would have side effects. Patient was happy that she had a little bit of feeling aches and pains for 24 hours but nothing like getting COVID. The patient did not experience any additional symptoms/events.
