Symptom narrative

Reporter stated pt cried as if he was in antogonizing pain , after vaccine , he got a fever , than had a seizure , when pt goes to sleep he cried out in his sleep , and states following day he slept a long time , and was than very disconnected , caused him nausea , fever , and seats . Next day states child was no longer there in her words , pt attends therapy for speech . Patient was diagnosed with Autism .
