patient received a Boostrix expired dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (expiry date 13-JUL-2025) for prophylaxis. On 21-JUL-2025, the patient received Boostrix. On 21-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received a Boostrix expired dose). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-JUL-2025 Pharmacist wanted to know about the storage and stability testing on the Boostrix vaccine after that it's expired. Also informed that a patient received a Boostrix expired dose, which led to expired vaccine.
