Rash: - Developed a rash limited to the right side of the body after routine vaccinations this morning - Rash onset occurred earlier today, with a photo taken around 1 PM - Rash has improved over the course of the day Fever: - Felt very hot after vaccinations (temperature not measured) - Received acetaminophen for fever Injection Site Bleeding: - Bandage at the injection site was saturated with blood when removed General Condition and Respiratory Status: - Remained happy and acting well throughout the day - Breathing has remained normal without distress - Family initially perceived breathing as crying/yelling, but she appeared comfortable
