Symptom narrative

Left thigh with swelling, erythema, tenderness around the injection site increasing in size since 24 hrs ago (which was 24 hrs after vaccination). No fever. No difficulty walking. Swelling is oval shape 13cm by 11 cm. No discharge. Treated as cellulitis. Started on antibiotics (cephalexin). Will f/u tomorrow to reevaluate.
