Symptom narrative

One child dose of Hep B (under 19 years) vaccine given instead of the adult version (20 years and older) to a 36 year old patient. GSK was notified about event immediately. No signs or symptoms of adverse reactions after giving pediatric dose. Adult dose of Hep B vaccine given to patient without issues.
