Patient called to report severe arm soreness that started on the day of her vaccines (3/27/26). She has difficulty lifting her left arm, where she received 2 vaccines. She said that the shots hurt more than usual when she received them. I asked her if the shots were given higher up on her deltoid, or lower in the middle, she replied that she would consider it high. I encouraged her to reach out to her physician to see if there is anything they would want to do for her at this time. She stated she cannot take NSAIDs.
trazodone, diazepam, clonidine, spironolactone, amitriptyline, omeprazole, montelukast, mirtazapine
Sulfa, NSAIDs
