Symptom narrative

Patient got both shignrix and capvaxive vaccines on her left arm. The pt experienced fever/chills as well as inflammation and redness on the site. She went to the emergency room 2 days after and she was given antibiotics and ibuprofen at our pharmacy. She showed me her arm when she picked up her meds and it looks like there was very minimal inflammation/redness remaining. I asked her if she was diagnosed for infection but she said the doctor saw something on her liver during her bloodwork and the doctor prescribed the antibiotic as a precaution.
