No additional AE; GARDASIL 9 was inadvertently administered to a 28 week 4 day pregnant 34 yr old female; Gardasil 9 administered instead of RHOGAM and TDAP; This spontaneous retrospective pregnancy report was received from other health professional, concerning a 34-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. The pregnancy/fetal outcome were not provided. On 09-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #Z008727 has been verified to be valid, expiration date reported and confirmed as 18-Aug-2027) 0.5 mL (route not provided), as prophylaxis. This vaccine was administered at 28 week and 4 days of pregnancy. It was administered instead of antiD immunoglobulin (Rho(D) immune globulin) (RHOGAM) and s: toxoids and purified protein components, specifically tetanus toxoid, diphtheria toxoid, and acellular pertussis antigens (examples include pertussis toxin [inactivated] (TDAP), the person administering just grabbed the wrong vaccine (Wrong product administered) (Exposure during pregnancy).
