Patient received Hepatitis B vaccine #3 at approximately 1540 given. Writer realized the early dose after printing after administration at approximately 1550 . HBV #3 was given 6 days early. Patient was informed. No adverse effects or side effects noted at this time. Patient was in the lobby talking and appeared stable.
