Symptom narrative

Patient stated that the following day (4/12/26) she began experiencing fatigue, headahces, injection site swelling, nausea and vomitting. She stated that she felt lethargic and could not use the restroom without assistance and had to call out the following day. Patient arrived to the pharmacy on wednesday and the redness in the arm was still there but she stated that it had gone down severely from sunday. She still states that she is experiencing minor headahces at times and still has not been able to have a regular appetite as before
