not immune to rubella; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 35-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date (reported as when the patient was a child), the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (manufactured unknown) administered by intramuscular route (formulation, strength, dose, lot # and expiration date were not reported) reconstituted with sterile diluent(lot # and expiration date were not reported) for measles mumps rubella prevention. On an unknown date in 2026 (reported as now), the patient experienced not immune to rubella. The patient went to medical attention and will be revaccinated measles mumps rubella (MMR) vaccine. At time of reporting, the outcome of not immune to rubella was ongoing. The causal relationship between the event of not immune to rubella and sterile diluent and Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (manufactured unknown) was not reported.
