Havrix pediatric dose administered to 19-year-old patient; Havrix pediatric dose administered to 19-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of adult use of a child product in a 19-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix pediatric) (batch number 34HG2, expiry date 12-AUG-2027) for prophylaxis. On 17-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix pediatric. On 17-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product (Verbatim: Havrix pediatric dose administered to 19-year-old patient) and underdose (Verbatim: Havrix pediatric dose administered to 19-year-old patient). The outcome of the adult use of a child product and underdose were not applicable.
