Administration to a 5 months old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 5-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 4L454) for prophylaxis. On 04-MAR-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 04-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administration to a 5 months old patient).
