The patient's past medical history included pain (4 months) and shingles. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced nerve damage (Verbatim: nerves destroyed), walking difficulty (Verbatim: barely walk (with a walker)), mobility decreased (Verbatim: can barely bend down, climb up and down stairs/ barely move, get in and out of bed), pain (Verbatim: incredibly painful) and activities of daily living impaired (Verbatim: put pants on). The outcome of the nerve damage, walking difficulty, mobility decreased and pain were not resolved and the outcome of the activities of daily living impaired was not reported. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 06-APR-2026 The patient received the shingles vaccine, and the side effects destroyed his/her nerves so badly that the patient could barely walk (with a walker), bend down, or climb stairs. The left near-hip and leg side recovered after a month, so the patient was able to leave the house and walk for one day. Three days later it hit the right side, and the patient could barely move, get in and out of bed, bend down, sit on the toilet, or put on pants (literally having to lift a leg with his/her arms); it was incredibly painful. There were no signs of improvement and only worsening; the patient would never again get an active vaccine (they gave the disease in order for the body to try to fight it). The patient would rather risk having shingles again than be tortured like that. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
