Symptom narrative

Left leg with pronounced reaction to Kinrix - with blister. Swelling and bulla in left thigh. Kinrix administered on 4/13/26. Treatment is prednisolone 20mg daily x5 days, first dose admin in office, and cetrizine 2.5mg.
