adultpatient received an expired dose ofHavrix on April 9th 2026. Dose expiredon December 18th 2025.; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a adult female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number HR4RB, expiry date 18-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received Havrix. On 09-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: adultpatient received an expired dose ofHavrix on April 9th 2026. Dose expiredon December 18th 2025.). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
