fever temp of 101.6F, Sweating ,mom gave Acetaminophen 2 ml and fever went donw to 37C Discussed continue observation and symptomatic treatment of fever such as Tylenol 160 mg/5ml ,give 2 ml q 4 hrs prn pain and feverOffer plenty of fluids.Watch for now and document fever.If child has new symptoms or if fever persists or has any new concerns, to seek medical attention stat.
