Symptom narrative

I was diagnosed with pericarditis which the doctors are still trying to figure out what started it. Some think it could have been the Covid Vaccine that I received and I think that as well. I also have excessive fluid around lining of my heart that I will have to have drained eventually and on many medications and in constant pain to where I can?t even function or work with this condition.
