Symptom narrative

Patient reported significant pain starting the afternoon of receiving vaccine. Patient attempted to manage with tylenol, massage, heat, and hydrocodone/acetaminophen. Patient was able to sleep with taking naproxen and elevating head and feet and was asleep within 30 minutes. Patient woke up around 3 am with all pain and discomfort gone. Patient also reported progressive bloating in the abdomen which had also relieved by 3am wake up.

Medical history

Chronic Pain, neoplasm of prostate, migraine, sleep disorder, muscular dystrophy

Other medications

Patient reported severe pain in lower back and lower ribs, reported 6 out of 10. He used tylenol and heating pad. at about 630 it was still getting worse so moved to an electric heating pad and heated massage along with a hydrocodone/aceta
