PATIENT PRESENTED TO PHARMACY WITH RED SWOLLEN ARM PRESUMABLY CELLULATIS. HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO URGENT CARE TO GET EVALUATED. WE VERIFED ALL THE INFORMATION THAT PATIENT REQUESTED SUCH AS LOTE NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DATE. ALSO PATIENT MANIFESTED SYMPTOMS OF BODY ACHES AND GENERAL PAIN IN ABOUT 24-48 HOURS AFTER THE VACCINE.
