Symptom narrative

Patient reports severe illness requiring hospitalization shortly after receiving the first COVID-19 vaccine dose. Despite this, the patient completed the vaccination series. Subsequently, the patient reports developing pulmonary malignancy, an immune disorder, and other health issues not previously experienced. The patient underwent surgical resection of a large pulmonary mass and is currently in the recovery phase. The clinical course was further complicated by pneumonia, for which appropriate vaccination was administered. The patient states that these health concerns began following COVID -19 vaccination and believes his immune function has since declined.
