Then forgot to follow with second; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (received 1st dose on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Then forgot to follow with second). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
